[ 摘要 ]
由過去的研究顯示買賣間的關係品質與知覺風險對顧客購後行為均可能有影響效果，然而目前並無實證研究說明關係品質以及知覺風險對不滿意顧客抱怨行為究竟呈現何種關係，因此，本研究之目的在探討買賣雙方間的關係品質與知覺風險對不滿意顧客抱怨行為的影響。同時，也欲釐清買賣雙方間的關係品質又如何干擾知覺風險對不滿意顧客的抱怨行為。
本研究是透過便利抽樣的方式，請曾經歷過不滿消費經驗的消費者幫忙填寫。總共發出500份問卷，總共回收442份，去除無效問卷沒填寫完成者19份，總共有效問卷為423份，回收率為84.60%。結果本研究發現：
